New Orleans Shrimp Po-Boy

Baguette bread

1/2 bag of jumbo sized uncooked shrimp

1 cup of all purpose flour

2 eggs

hot sauce (to your liking)

1 TBSP mustard

shredded lettuce

tomato

half a lemon

2 tsps of pickle juice

1 TBSP black pepper

2 tsp salt

2 TBSP smoked paprika

4 TBSP Mayonnaise

1 TBSP Ketchup

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add hot sauce, black pepper, 1 TBSP of smoked paprika, and salt

Add the shrimp into the egg mixture

For the flour mixture add flour, 1 TBSP of smoked paprika, 1 tsp of black pepper

Coat shrimp is flour mixture

Fry the shrimp at 350F for 3 minutes

Creole Remoulade-

Mayonnaise, pickle juice, hot sauce, lemon juice, ketchup, mustard 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1tsp smoked paprika

Spread your remoulade on your baguette and assemble the sandwich with the lettuce, shrimp and tomatoes.
