1/3 pound ground pork & 2/3 pound ground beef
1 finely diced white onion
1 TBSP minced garlic
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Mix together the ground pork, beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic
shape mixture into small round balls
place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
in a frying pan brown all sides of the meatballs
add to an oven proof dish and place in oven at 350F / 175 C for 35mins
Gravy
3 TBSP butter
1/4 cup of flour
1 1/2 cup of beef stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp of soy sauce
Melt butter in a pan and whisk in flour on low heat for 2 mins
Add beef stock and heavy cream and soy sauce
bring to a simmer and allow sauce to thicken
