Lemon Cake

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1cup of Sugar
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 Tsp of baking powder
  • ½ Tsp of salt
  • 1 ½ cup of flour
  • 2 whole juice of lemons
  • 2 TBSP of lemon zest

Mix eggs and sugar together

Mix until batter is fully incorporated

Add lemon zest to the batter

Add the batter to a greased baking pan

Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes

LET COOL BEFORE ADDING GLAZE

GLAZE

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1TBSP of lemon juice
  • 2 Tsp of water
