½ CUP OF VEGETABLE OIL
2 TSP OF BAKING POWDER
½ TSP OF SALT
1 ½ CUPS OF FLOUR
2 WHOLE JUICE OF LEMONS
2 TBSP OF LEMON ZEST
MIX EGGS AND SUGAR TOGETHER
MIX UNTIL BATTER IS INCORPORATED
ADD LEMON ZEST IN BATTER
ADD TO GREASED BAKING PAN
BAKE AT 350F FOR 40-50 MINUTES
LET COOL BEFORE ADDING GLAZE
GLAZE
- 1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
- 1TBSP OF LEMON JUICE
- 2 TSP OF WATER
