Dutch Baby

MACERATE YOUR BERRIES

Sprinkle sugar on berries before cooking your dutch baby and set aside in the refrigerator

DUTCH BABY

  • Cast iron skillet or oven safe pan
  • Small blender
  • 2 TBSP of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ½ cup of flour
  • A dash of salt
  • 1 TBSP of sugar
  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla extract
  • Berries of your choice

Add butter to the skillet and place in the oven at 425 F

Melt the butter and set aside

Add eggs to the blender

Add milk to the blender

Add flour to the blender

Add salt

Add sugar

Add vanilla Extract

Blend for about 1 minute

Add batter to the preheated skillet with butter

Place in 425 F oven for 19 minutes

Let the dutch baby cool for about 10 minutes before adding berries, syrups, whipped cream, etc
